Public Holidays Berlin
All statutory public holidays in Berlin – calculated from the Berlin Holiday Act (Berliner Feiertagsgesetz).
Berlin has a total of 10 statutory public holidays, 254 working days and 10 possible bridge days in 2026.
The legal basis is the Berlin Holiday Act (Berliner Feiertagsgesetz) and, for movable holidays, the computation of Easter according to the Gregorian calendar. If a holiday falls on a weekend, the extra day off is effectively lost.
