How the Calculation Works
All Mondays to Fridays in the selected period are counted. The statutory public holidays of the selected federal state that fall on a working day are then deducted. Public holidays on a Saturday or Sunday do not reduce the number of working days. The calculation is based on the public holiday laws of the 16 federal states.
